These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services offered by The Bunny Tech, including but not limited to branding, website and app development, UI/UX design, software solutions, maintenance, social media management, and any related digital services.
By engaging with The Bunny Tech, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and understand that they form a binding legal agreement.
All payments made to The Bunny Tech are final and non-refundable, regardless of the stage of the project or reason for termination.
Projects are initiated only after a minimum upfront payment or full payment, as mutually agreed.
Any delay in payment from the Client’s side may result in paused work or project termination without liability on our part.
Clients under a maintenance contract receive weekly backups and basic monitoring.
However, The Bunny Tech is not liable for:
Website or app malfunction due to third-party updates or hosting issues
Hacking, data loss, or breaches
Conflicts arising from changes made by others outside of our team
Clients are advised to keep strong passwords and notify us immediately of any suspicious activity.
For social media management or account-based services, full administrative access to the relevant accounts must be provided by the Client.
The Client must ensure no other agency or third-party is making changes or managing the same accounts during our engagement.
The Bunny Tech shall not be responsible for errors, loss of content, or damages due to unauthorized or simultaneous third-party access.
We ensure complete transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
All source code, graphic designs, and deliverables will be handed over at the end of the project or as per the agreed timeline, provided full payment has been received.
Until final payment is made, all assets remain the sole property of The Bunny Tech.
Clients receive full ownership rights only after the project is completed and dues are cleared.
All content, designs, code, and strategies created during the project are the intellectual property of The Bunny Tech until full payment is made.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, project details, and trade secrets.
The Bunny Tech reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing.
Minor revisions (within scope) are included, but major changes or new requests will be billed separately.
Any change in scope must be documented and approved by both parties.
Timeline extensions due to scope changes or client delays are not the responsibility of The Bunny Tech.
The Bunny Tech is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from:
Use of delivered services or products
Third-party software failures
Delays caused by the Client
Hosting or platform-level issues
Clients are responsible for final testing and verification before going live.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. All work done up to the termination point will be billed.
Upon termination, no refunds shall be issued.
If access or communication is revoked by the client, The Bunny Tech holds the right to discontinue services immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Goa.
These Terms represent the entire agreement between the Client and The Bunny Tech and supersede all previous discussions or understandings.
No other conditions, warranties, or representations shall be binding unless confirmed in writing.
